During the Uncle Manny episode in Handy Manny, Manny's sister Lola comes to drop off her son Chico, Lola greets her brother by saying saying " Manny! How is my favourite Hermano" Manny Laughs and says "Your favourite brother, Lola, I'm your only brother!"

If you are like me you would remember that Manny has an older brother named Reubén. In this episode, Manny has completely forgotten about his older brother and so has Lola.
