Manny and the Tools build a new chicken coop for Elliot's new pet rooster, Milton. Unfortunately, he has been crowing non-stop at sunrise, and keeps waking up the residents of Sheetrock Hills early in the morning. Then Manny and the Tools build a door on the chicken coop.
