Summary[]
Mr. Lopart gets involved in the town's New Year's Eve preparations to take his mind off his mom not being home for the celebration, but his involvement creates many mishaps (ruining bunuelos at Mrs. Portillo's bakery, making it snow at the school, accidentally breaking Carmela's ice sculpture, and dropping the town's only New Year's Eve ball).
