Manny and the Tools are called by Chief Eduardo to come and fix the flashing lights on top of his firetruck. But before they have a chance to repair the lights, Chief Eduardo gets called to come rescue Señor Sanchez's cat Patches, who got stuck up a tree again. At the Sanchezes' house, Manny and the Tools build steps for Patches to climb whenever she goes up and down the tree. They also fix the lights.
