Abuelito comes by with an old bicycle Manny used to ride. Manny and the Tools fix it up and get a bike helmet and bicycle bell from Kelly's shop.
When they get to the park, they are sad to find out that Luigi is closing the hot-dog business. So they attach Manny's old bike to the cart and add the bell. Now Luigi can stay in business and keep selling hot dogs and turkey dogs.
