The Tools are listening to the radio when they hear a buzzing sound. It isn't their radio that's broken, though it could be something at the radio station. Manny calls Jack at the radio station. Turns out the latter has a broken microphone.
At the radio station, Rusty reluctantly takes over for Jack, and he does a great job. The team fixes the microphone and discovers that today's "Name That Noise!" was a lawnmower.
