The episode stars with Kelly going into Manny's shop. Kelly anouces that the Mayor Rosa is holding a big parade in Sheet Rock Hills Elementary School. Manny says that billirant but Chico and Flicker spill paint all over Mr. Lopart sheo as soon as he came in.
Mr. Lopart says that Mayor Rosa is holding it for him. Kelly hugs him and says that great.
