Forum is added in this wiki.

I have added a forum page in this wiki. The purpose of the forum is to add in what suggestions or things that need to be added into the wiki. This blog page that I'm posting may have been posted in the forum page, but because everyone is using the blog page to post their suggestions, I posted in the blogs section. So if anyone has something that should be added in this wiki, post it on the forums page. :)
